Refund policy
In effect from October 10, 2026
The short version
If Pro isn’t for you, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. You don’t have to give a reason.
What is covered
- Your first payment for a monthly plan, within 7 days of the charge.
- Your first payment for an annual plan, within 7 days of the charge.
- Any charge made in error — a duplicate, or one taken after you cancelled — whenever you spot it.
What is not covered
- Renewal payments. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Trading losses. YieldProof is an educational research tool. A trade shown here can lose money, and a subscription fee is not refunded because one did.
How to ask
Email optionslee888@gmail.com from the address on your account. We refund to the original payment method. Banks usually show the money within 5 to 10 business days.
Where the law gives you more
Some countries give consumers a right to cancel a purchase within a set period. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.
