1. Who we are

YieldProof is run by Digitalee (“we”, “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the website and any paid plan. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. What YieldProof is — and is not

YieldProof is an educational research tool. It screens publicly quoted options and ranks cash-secured puts by a published formula, described on the methodology page.

• It is not investment advice. We are not a broker, a dealer, or an investment adviser. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
• It is impersonal. The rankings are the same for every visitor. We don’t know your finances, goals, or risk tolerance, and we never tailor results to them.
• It does not place trades. We never hold your money or connect to your brokerage account. Any trade you make is your own decision, made in your own account.

3. Risk

Options trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of the money you set aside. Selling a put can oblige you to buy shares at a price above the market. A probability of profit shown on the site is a model estimate, not a promise, and past results — including our public paper-trading record — do not predict future results. Consider speaking to a licensed professional before you trade.

4. The data

Prices and option data come from third parties, are delayed, and are captured at one point in the trading day. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date by the time you read them. Always check every price in your own brokerage before trading. The site is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it is accurate or always available.

5. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping that mailbox secure and for what happens under your account. One account is for one person. You must be at least 18.

6. Paid plans

• Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. The price is shown before you pay.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a payment fails we may try again. If it keeps failing, your plan returns to Free.
• Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
• If we change the price, we tell you by email before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or collect the data on the site by automated means;
• republish, resell, or share the data or your account with others;
• interfere with the site, or try to reach parts of it you are not permitted to use.

The site is for your own personal, non-commercial research. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

8. Our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and closing

We may change the site or these terms. If a change is material we tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. You may stop using the site at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms; if we close a paid account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the current period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Consumer protections that apply to you where you live are not affected.
